When Prince Charming is a Narcissist!

I have known a lot of men in my day, both professionally and personally. There were many narcissists among them, even among the weak and most passive ones.  

In my personal relationships,  I was stuck on stupid from 1974-2005 about this soul mate thing and I tried to nurture a lot of NARCS back to sound mental health.  That only works on a counselor to client basis.  I have learned from hard knocks that to avoid co-dependency, “do not try to counsel YOUR man.”  He will only end up hating you. 

 so Count girls.  I looked for Prince Charming for  a total of 31 years.  Some of you are not even 31 years old yet.

 So take it from an old gal who travelled the  romantic yellow brick road for a long time. Actually, I realized on the day that I  had my  final divorce papers in my hand  from my  third marriage, that the search was over.  I had an “ah ha” moment of ” Oh well, I guess there was no soul mate, no Prince Charming for me after all!!!!.” ! 

 In 2005, I was a ripe young age of 62, about to receive my social security! 

Why did I allow the prophecy of a psychic astrologer and  the religiosity of the church to wrongly use scripture and cause me to sit around waiting like a fool for 31 years for a man who never made an appearance? ?” Well, the deed is done and I don’t cry over spilt milk!!

 But that’s nothin when I share the stories of my mother and my favorite aunt.   My mother lived to be 92. At the age of 87, she had me searching the web for HER prince charming, a man by the name of Charles Collins, the lost love that got away and married somebody else!.  I searched diligently with no results .  He is either dead or in a nursing home.  That is not all,  My mother’s sister   was married for more than 50 years, yet while a widow, she hit 80 and met a fabulous, good-looking man about her own age and it looked like life begins at 80.  Unfortunately, he died of a massive heart attack  on Thanksgiving and she was so grieved, she succumbed to cancer and died a month later.

Now when I was a young, unsaved woman in my early 20’s , I was quite cynical.  Tough, you might say.  I was the one who “refused to commit,” not the men.  I saw too much infidelity around me to even desire to be married.  I protected my heart and  I was successful.  Then in 1974,  I was set up on the Prince Charming thing by a psychic astrologer whose name was Norvell.  Norvell sold me a bill of goods and I bought into it, hook line and sinker for the next 31 years. Now that, Dear Heart, is being STUCK ON STUPID BY a demon who used Norvell to send me that lying prophecy.   Norvell even described the man in some detail.  He told me that we would be “working together” in a grand career.

While a state government ambitious striver, I looked for Prince Charming among the lawyers and the professional men.  Once I entered into ministry in 1981, well there were scores of ministers to consider, many who set their eyes upon me.  However, a fallen angel took the baton from Norvell and revealed to me in a dream  that since I was entering into addiction therapy, recovery and prison ministry, my soul mate was a felon in recovery, who had become a born again Christian.  So I married not one felon, but TWO.

While holding on to my last husband and trying to have a child in my late 50’s, the Lord spoke audibly  and said, both of your husbands were sent to you by the devil to destroy you.” I gave those 2 dudes a total of 17 years of my life!

So as I stood there in 2004 with the divorce papers in my hand, I got “un-stuck” from being stupid, quite happy that I did not have a child at the age of 58!!!.

Once I let the “Prince Charming” Fantasy die, I lost all stress and just relaxed. I look better now than I did 25 years ago. This is me in the summer of 2018, at the age of 74.  I am now 75. 

Just because you are attractive and you have sexual desire, and you believe that anything you ask God for He will provide simply because YOU want it, remember me.  The bible says that it is not good for a man to be alone and that he should have a wife.  The bible does not say the same for a woman. 

 You, Sistah and Sister can be alone. When I was young and dumb, I could not even think of being without a man.  It was too heavy a thought for me back then.  But now that I have 40 years to look back over, I was always alone anyway, with the Lord I have survived, became wise, and I am filled with peace and joy WITHOUT a man!!!  LOL.  I do my own thing, Gurl!!! lol. Cook and clean when I feel like it.  In fact, I have a housekeeper who cleans for ME!  

I don’t unpack no man’s baggage today. I have not done so since 2004. Now  I don’t knock YOU if you have a good man, My Sister.  I say, right on to you!  I am not speaking to you.  I am speaking to the one who has been putting her life on hold in God, waiting for Mr. Right. 

Honey, the devil plans to send you “Mr. Wrong!”

If you have something to do for the Lord, don’t let the devil suggest to you that you can’t serve Jesus Christ of Nazareth without a partner. It is a lie from hell. Another thing, if you are sitting around praying  waiting on God to SEND you a man, it is quite possible that the devil will answer your prayer and send you a religious narcissist. If you want a man, know yourself, decide what you want, and hold interviews!!! Do not settle for less than what is compatible and needful for you!!!

HERE IS YOUR GET OUT OF JAIL FREE CARD

Here are some practical ways to start the process of ridding yourself of demonic captivity by casting down imaginations and every high thing that would exalt itself above the knowledge of Christ and bringing every thought into obedience to Him:

    • Your Attitude Toward the Past: You should have no regrets or brooding over things done and undone.  To avoid an evil kind of thinking that leads to brooding, you must learn to discern for yourself if you are simply “thinking” or if you are being drawn into a state of regretting or brooding by the demon that is assigned to YOU. If you are to overcome, you need to know that success at   being set free requires victory over the past, in spite of all your failures that the enemy helps you to list and record in your mind.  Your failures should be dealt with on the basis of I John 1:9.
    • Your Attitude Toward the Future:  You must concentrate on the Lord’s own words by “taking no thought for tomorrow.”  Not that you should not think about or even make future plans, but you should be careful not to fall victim to trying to make up in the future for sins of the past that already have been forgiven by God.  Once a sin has been repented of, cleansing will occur when you can forget what is behind and press toward the future that is God’s plan for the rest of your life.
    • Your Attitude Toward Devils and Demons: You should be trained to discern your own thoughts from those implanted into your mind by spirit entities.  You should realize that only the Lord knows your heart and that demons cannot read your mind.  Demons know only the thoughts that THEY have successfully planted into your mind–thoughts that you have received as your own because of the nature of your deception.  Remember this.  “He that doeth the truth, cometh to the light.”  (John 3:21)
    • Your Attitude Toward the Present Moment:  Doubt can be a good thing, particularly when those fictitious foundations upon which you have built up your pride system become shaky.  Doubt of this kind can lead to sincere humility.  God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble.  Against the enemy, your best weapon is God’s grace.  Your worst mistake in judgment is your assumption that because you profess to be a Christian, that God will protect you from being deceived.  Not so.  It is God Himself who has released strong delusion in our times.  So deception is a matter of course.  God has given us the weapons and the tools to be un-deceived.  Your best weapon is to look around you, and allow your doubt to assist you to question EVERYTHING!

PROFILE OF A CONTROL FREAK Part 3

Control freaks are masked in Christian hypocrisy.

Normal strivings for power in a believer are motivated by a sincere desire to be used by God  to deliver those in  the kingdom of this world  so that they might enter  the kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ of Nazareth. What distinguishes normal inclinations from obsessions is that demonic striving for power is often rooted in fear, hatred and feelings of inferiority. A passive-aggressive control freak wears a phony mask.

 Let’s bring it down home to where we all live. Racism is a cultural factor that involves hatred and fear. . When the predominant culture is in fear of losing its power and even worse, becoming extinct, demons of fear, hatred and pride conjoin with the witchcraft demon to control, dominate and suppress those of another race or culture. Then there are those who feel insecure mentally and emotionally who strive for power as a means to protect themselves from anxiety and from a feeling of helplessness.

The  religious demon is also attracted to a soul that feels very insignificant. Those who have been consistently oppressed will develop a rigidity and an unbalanced “super strength” which makes them think and act as if they can master any situation in their own power. Such a person will pretend that he is leaning and trusting on the Lord’s power by spouting scripture like “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”, yet within his soul he considers any weakness as a disgrace and he is steeped in pride. For example, he judges other saints as being weak, when in reality, he himself feels weak and insignificant. This is fertile ground for demons and devils  because they  can use the captive to intimidate the weaker brethren and to cause the control freak to feel condemned.  When the control freak feels condemn, WATCH OUT FOLK! The ruling  entity  will  cause the control freak  to despise himself when he has fallen. When the control freak despises himself, EVERYBODY is a target!

The control freak will  demand to know every detail of even the most insignificant situations. When he or she  has not been informed of EVERYTHING, extreme agitation sets it which a passive-aggressive control freak will be skilled at hiding from others. People with this character flaw can appear to be extremely generous. No one may even notice his desire to dominate and control because the captive is so subtly manipulative. Usually in such cases, a lying demon is involved also. People who appear to be submissive and giving will surprise you with how manipulative they can be. For example, when you righteously confront them with issues that are important to YOU , they avoid the issue at hand by simply responding with counter accusations, whether they be true or not. All confrontation, no matter how small or insignificant, causes them to perceive you as THE ENEMY.

Secular psychoanalysts would agree that constant striving for superiority or “one upsmanship” is at the center of the narcissistic personality, forming a stronghold that is very difficult to shake or even to weaken.  The question to as is “What is at the root of the constant striving?” In some cases, it is an unconscious sense of inferiority. Such people are in a perpetual search for something that will make them feel more personally competent and they get a temporary satisfaction in dominating others by outshining them.

Elder Jones was of this sort.  A dark-skinned African-American, Elder Jones was born and raised in the segregated south.  Too many times did she expose the fact that she felt inferior because of her skin color.  So she compensated. In the denomination, Elder Jones  became the FIRST woman regional administrator in 150 years. So once she obtained this noteworthy position,   why would she unnecessarily place herself in competition with her immediate predecessor, and determine that she would outshine him? Why would she continue to try to outdo all of the ministers that she now had oversight power over? It made no logical sense.

 For example, a church lost its pastor in the middle of the year  and a temporary appointment was in order.  Elder Jones had 5 ministers available to her to pick from.  Did she select one of them?  No.  She selected herself, even though she already was pastoring a church when it is the normal policy for someone in her position to relinquish the role of pastor entirely.  So she became the pastor of not one church but two, also remained the regional administrator, with 10 other churches and pastors under her watch care.  Once she appointed herself pastor of the second church, the members passively  rebelled by not attending on Sunday mornings, a mistake on their part.  Elder Jones used her power as the right hand of the Bishop to recommend that this 100 year old church be closed and the Bishop acted upon her recommendation.  The church is NO MORE! 

Passive-aggressive people can be very dangerous in uncountable ways. The truth will set them free but the truth hurts them to much.  Pride causes people to not want to admit that they are suffering from feelings of inferiority that cause them to “lord it over” others.  This is a most serious situation.  Not only are these types at risk of perdition, when they obtain positions of power and authority, they are dangerous. Control freaks are particularly dangerous because they DO have a form of godliness because they behavior is eccessively polite, and they are very skilled at feigned poise in their strivings for position and power.  The central issue of a control freak is domination and control. Elder Jones strong desire for power is masked by her being “a good person.”  So she uses her good character to be in a position of unchallenged prominence and prestige. The dangerous element of the woman is that she feels herself to be surrounded on all sides by competition for the ascendency that she herself craves. As a result, her strong need to outshine or excel over others, to outsmart them, to make them subservient to her wishes play a crucial role in her control freak style. For example, every situation or interaction with her is viewed from the standpoint of “can I top his or her performance?” or “is this person trying to make ME look bad?  What can I do to protect myself?.”

Well she can cut your spiritual head off!

Today is my 30th anniversary as a minister.  Take my word for it. DEMONS TIE SOULS TOGETHER IN A NOT SO TENDER TRAP

 What is a demonic soul tie? 

Well, it is when a religious demon sets up a relationship for the sole intent of entrapment.  The world calls it a “codependent relationship.” In deliverance, we call it a demonic or unholy soul tie.  One person is usually the perpetrator and the other is the victim. Who knits their souls together? A fallen angel with the help of a demon or two.

Holy, divine soul ties between married couples draw husbands and wives together like magnets, while soul ties between fornicators can draw a beaten and abused woman to the man who   in the natural realm she would hate and run from, but instead she runs to him even though he doesn’t love her, and treats her like dirt.In the demonic world, unholy soul ties can serve as bridges between two people to pass demonic garbage through. Other soul ties can do things such as allow one person to manipulate and control another person, and the other person is unaware of what is going on or knows what is going on, but for no real reason, allows it to continue.

With women who are called to be special handmaidens for the Lord, the best strategy of a religious fallen angel is to ensnare her into a demonic soul tie. A demonic or ungodly soul tie is like an invisible rope between two or more persons that fallen angels and demons can use to their advantage to cross or travel from one person to another. Ungodly soul ties are not only romantic or sexual in nature because they can also be formed with parents, relatives and friends. In any case, captives to a demonic soul tie find themselves uncontrollably attracted to someone who either hurts them, or who is in no way interested in them.

Both men and women under the influence of a demonic soul ties act like obsessed “love slaves.” To acknowledge that the relationship is not mutually beneficial is an understatement. Usually the satanic agent’s target is most always the giver in the relationship, where his or her partner is used by evil spirit to violate the captive’s conscience and to manipulate its target to do something that is against his or her will. Most often, the captive is manipulated through the anger, temper tantrums, guilt trips and even threats from a lover or spouse who is unknowingly in the hands of devils and demons. This is not a union made in heaven. It is actually a defiled marriage bed, joined together by the enemy.

I stumbled on to a method of deliverance that when first introduced, shocked me to my toes. Led by the Holy Ghost, I called the spirit by the name of the demonic oppressor and to my utter amazement, it manifested, just like a demon. In other words, a woman I’ll call Lucy in a demonic soul tie with a man named Frank, I rebuked it by saying, “Frank, I command you to come out of Lucy’s in the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth and the thing roared out of Lucy’s mouth like a demon.” Nine times out of ten,  I call a demon by the perpetrator’s name, the exact same thing happens.

Well, why did this happen?. I’ll hazard a guess. Frank has demons. When Lucy had sex with him, she became vulnerable to Frank’s demons, especially if Lucy has a passive nature. The demons in Frank used his spirit as a means to “climb up and into Lucy.” I’ve  seen such a thing manifest several times since, so the first person was not an isolated case.

 I myself did not have a demonic soul tie with any of my husbands. However, I remember a boyfriend who was a corrupt minister that I write about in “Come Out of Her, God’s People.” To summarize, uncharacteristic of me, I found myself stuck on stupid over this man. He did me “a lot of dirt” yet I couldn’t shake him. Yet the Holy Ghost cast that demon off of me. Here is what happened: “

“Then one night, one of the strangest things happened to me.

THE HOLY GHOST WASHED A LOT OF MEN OUTTA MY HAIR! LOL

It reminds me of the old tune that goes “I’m gonna wash that man right outta my hair.” It was so supernatural that I don’t even have adequate words to describe what happened. All I can say is that I awoke in the middle of the night when an un-earthly wind blew into my bedroom and settled on my chest. I call this strange suction cup “The Holy Ghost Vacuum Cleaner.” As I lay on my back, all of the feelings and emotions that I had for this man were literally sucked out of me. The demonic soul tie was instantly broken.”

The Invisible war and THE NEW IDOLATRY!

There is a spiritual war going on all around us.  An invisible war.  This war is a fulfillment of biblical prophetic scriptures.  The warfare centers in deception and in idolatry.  THE NEW IDOLATRY.  God commanded “Thou shalt have no other gods but Me.”  Yet from generation to generation, idolatry
has captivated mankind.

GET READY, BE READY, STAY READY!

For centuries, devils and demons have disguised themselves as gods.  They shared with ignorant and gullible humanity all forms of occult knowledge through mysticism.  In former days, God Almighty mocked these fake gods with the 10 plagues that fell on Egypt.  The gods of Egypt had different names in the days of Moses, but they are the same gods who are deceiving mankind today.  These gods are fallen angels.

Devils and demons have developed a much more clever deception for our generation.  The Almighty’s mockery of present day gods is clearly discernible to those whose spiritual blindness has been removed.  From prosperity preaching, to casting out of demons and deliverance ministry, to false prophecies, healings and miracles of charismatic witchcraft, to alien encounters, God is mocking the power and authority of religious fallen angels.

Some lay hands on others to receive a blessing—a healing—but instead they receive a curse—a plague.  Some respond to altar calls, yet they walk back to their seats unsaved, demon infested and tormented.
When the demonized seek deliverance, Christian workers are mocked and scorned and the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth does not work in their mouths.  With each deliverance session, the captive’s state becomes worse and worse!  Yet in proud ignorance, even arrogance, deceived deliverance workers keep “doing what they do.”

IT’S A SPIRITUAL NIGHTMARE!!!

With every false doctrine and demonic practice, Christians are opening themselves up to demons.  Fallen angel of the occult world—-Jesus Sananda Immanuel—is now the god of the organized church.  No one is immune from Sananda’s deception.

PRAYER TO DEMONS AND FALLEN ANGELS

Prayer is an invocation to either God or the enemy. You can even sing a prayer. Recently I had to delete a song from my cell phone that I used to love and sing along with, until I realized that it was an anthem, even an invocation to fallen angels. The song is “I need an Angel” by the first American idol, Reuben Studdard.  “I NEED AN ANGEL. CALLING AN ANGEL. SEND ME AN ANGEL—-NOW! HEAR ME NOW!” No, I had to let that one go.  We are not to ask God to send us an angel. If He does so, that is according to His own will. If you command an angel to come to you, you are setting youself up for a devilish response.

Then there are the prayers that emanate from those who seek the Father but the prayer  bypasses or ignores  the Son of God, Jesus Christ of Nazareth.  ALL such prayers are heard and answered by fallen dieties—angels that call themselves ascended masters. The fallen angel Maitreya hears the prayers  made by those who practice Hinduism and Islam, while Jesus Sananda hears the prayers of nominal Christians. The fallen angel who calls himself “Mother Mary” hears and responds to the prayers of Catholics. Satan himself focuses on the invocations he receives from witches and warlocks.

Speaking of witchcraft, Charismatic Christians are invoking witchcraft prayers when they use prayer to seek to control the lives of others. Soulish prayers of this kind energized psychic power by projecting one’s thoughts on to persons that these folk are praying for, by saying that such and so person SHALL do this or that. Such prayer makes demands upon God to “make something happen.” According to Jessie Penn Lewis in her book “Soul and Spirit”,

Every prayer should be directed Godward, and should never be a telling the Lord what to do for somebody else. We may pray that God will direct THEM what to do, but we ought not to say that they MUST do what WE think is God’s will they shoud do, or even that they SHALL NOT DO, even what we know is wrong.” (Soul and Spirit pg 35)

I agree with this statement completely.

For example, I receive frequent prayer requests from women, asking me to pray for their wayward husbands, that he will leave the other woman, return home, do this or that. I perceive that any prayer made to control another person’s will is a witchcraft prayer. I will ask God for His will to be done in the situation. I don’t assume that EVERY marriage was made in heaven. So I ask for vision, clarity, peace to come into the wife’s heart, and for conviction and sin to come from God upon the husband. If he is under the spell of sex magic from a witch, I ask for God to reveal it to me and if I hear from God on it, I will proceed to break that spell. However, in no way, will I ask God to MAKE the husband DO ANYTHING!!! I don’t practice witchcraft in the name of my Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth!

THEOBJECTIVES OF DELIVERANCE MENTORING

We have found that most Christians who need deliverance mentoring are blinded by spiritual ignorance.  Our goal at SEW is to help you obtain clear spiritual vision as we coach and train you to distinguish between good and evil. 

The goal of basic Christian mentoring  is to help you to be engaged, encouraged and enlightened  in your mind. As such, our objective at  is to strengthen your spirit so that you will be able to recognize God’s will and choose it above your own. 

 However, the goal of deliverance mentoring  is to arm you to recognize and effectively deal with  the activity of the enemy in your life.  Deliverance mentoring is broken down into 4 components:

 A SEARCH FOR COSMIC EVIL DOORWAYS: These are areas  in a person’s life which are giving or have given cosmic entities the right to enter or remain in the person. Asking Jesus to “come into your heart, a counterfeit birth, a background in the occult, unconfessed sins, ungodly soul ties, unforgiveness, holding cursed possessions (occult rings, etc.) and so forth can give demons a right to inhabit and torment a person. These legal grounds can be  removed by facing the truth,  repentance, renunciation, extending forgiveness, etc.

THE EXAMINATION OF STRONGHOLDS: These are basically incorrect thinking patterns in your mind. For example, if  you think God is angry with you because you have committed the unpardonable sin, then you will feel like He is. This stronghold may open you to panic attacks, paranoia  or obsessive compulsive behavior. Strongholds are torn down in each mentoring session  as a trained minister and mentee work together to reprogram your mind to think differently. You might say that the SEW approach to a stronghold is to enhance critical thinking capabilities and simple commonsense. Together the mentor and the mentee destroy the strength of the debilitating thought.

RESTORATION OF YOUR SOUL: Renewal is often required when counseling a person who has been abused, raped or has been exposed to a traumatic experience. Becoming whole  is a work of the Holy Spirit and is received as a captive is  delivered from  the inner hurt and pain from past experiences. Then   the Holy Spirit  comes in and heal those wounds. Forgiveness often plays a part in this releasing process. Oftentimes, self-forgiveness needs to be received as the captive may be   holding things against him or herself which must be released. Once truth is known and accepted, frrdom is obtained.

EXPULSION OF THE ENEMY Confronting  cosmic entities directly  is where either devils or demons are  driven out of the client by the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth and the power of the Holy Ghost. After success in the first three stages,  expulsion is often un-necessary. However, in various cases, direct confrontation of the powers of darkness cannot be avoided.  At this stage, the client MUST sign and notarize an informed consent form called the DDF, the Deliverance Disclaimer Form. There are no exceptions.

The Religious Demon: No Quick Fixes

There are people with religious demons who are tormented either with hearing voices, fears of having committed the unpardonable sin 0r of going to hell  as well constantly are bombarded by blasphemous thoughts. Some can’t even read their bibles out loud or silently. I recall a case where a captive could only read a pocket bible for fear that a demon would use her arm to pound her in the head with a hardcover, and possibly sustain  a concussion.

So it is easy to embrace  a quick-fix  simply to relieve or stop the torment. Most workers  simply attempt to cast out demons  as a means to remove ALL  of a person’s bondages.It never really works. I have found that setting captives free who have a spirit of religiosity  in any form,  involves more than simply driving out the demons.
There are usually various strongholds to be torn down. Since strongholds are incorrect thinking patterns, this is done through the renewing of the captive’s  mind according to the Word of God. As the Lord said “you can’t put new wine into old wineskins or it will break. You can’t put a new patch of cloth on an old garment or it will tear, and you certainly cannot serve 2 masters, or you will hate the deliverance worker and love the preachers and teachers who are a signifant yet hidden cause of your captivity.
The purpose of deliverance is to gain freedom from any hindrances in your life that would keep you from walking in the fullness of God’s plan for your life and your relationship with Him. Remarkably to some, it is often habitual religiosity that is the most difficult stronghold to overcome, even stronger than an addiction to alcohol or drugs because religion and “going to church” isculturally engrained and is therefore considered “the right thing to do.” It takes much time and patience to free captives from
religion or a deceptive form of spirituality—a form of godliness that denies the power thereof.

I will not cast out demons  from  a “religious captive” who continues to go to church, feed from the tables of either deceived or false prophets, and who is praying to a fake god. Therefore I mandate that while involved in deliverance counseling or mentoring with Sheppard’s Counseling Center, the captive must cease and desist from all religious activity including reading the bible and praying. Old things must pass away so that all things can become new.

Deliverance Mentoring

Deliverance ministry was founded in the early seventies once the book “Pigs in the Parlor” was released by   Frank and Ida Hammond. Derek Prince and Peter Wagner were also key players in its development over the last 4 decades. I entered into deliverance in 1983. Here are but a few  of the revelations I have received over the years.

   I have learned that the demons of today KNOW HOW TO MOCK a deliverance session with the manifestations of coughing, rasping, retching, vomiting—pea soup type stuff as seen in the movie, “the Exorcist.”  Much of this is fakery—not on the part of the person in bondage, but the antics of the earthbound demons.  Those who “manifest” in this manner are rarely set free.  In other words, the demons of today are more sophisticated than the ones faced by Jesus and His apostles. These entities have had centuries “to practice” their craft. So their goal is to make a mockery of “casting out of demons”  so as  to defy Jesus Christ by making  the deliverance worker look like an inept fool.

  Earth bound demons can be cast out  by faith in the Name of Jesus Christ of
Nazareth in  5 minutes.  If a deliverance session takes longer than THAT, then
an earth bound demon is NOT involved. It is either a cosmic power—a fallen
angel who is NOT a demon—OR NO DEMON AT ALL.

3. The minister or worker  seeking to help another under the captivity  of evil
spirits, must be prepared for the deceiving spirits misusing to the captive  the
very truth the captive himself desires, and needs for his deliverance.  The
enemy will also misrepresent and attempt to discredit  the minister seeking to
help the captive to freedom.  In other words, if you have a demon—both you and the minister need to be defensively prepared for the fact  that the your resistance to the truth that will be revealed through mentoring.  Your resistance will be inspired by the very demon who has you in bondage.

 Deliverance mentoring  is a process wherein the captive and the minister join  forces to  systematically confront  the forces of darkness with TRUTH. In deliverance mentoring, mentees are equipped and  taught to  understand the intelligent use of the spiritual weapons   so as to obtain knowledge of the organized hosts of darkness. As such, the mentee is coached on how  to try the spirits by exercising  his or her own spiritual vision so that “by reason of use” it becomes acute in discerning the operations of the enemy in the spiritual sphere. I teach ministers in training how  to observe and learn by observation and practice—

If you are  a captive, it is crucial to your complete recovery to know the methods of the enemy against you,  in his  war against ALL  the people of God.

The Remnant Church of God now needs “leaders” trained in the knowledge
of the enemy’s  world-wide campaigns; ministers able to foresee his “wiles,” and
to guide the rank and file of God’s people into winning the aggressive war against him.

The powers of darkness are keenly clever at working with natural problems by simulating natural conditions either in a client’s personality or disturbance of mental or bodily functions.  They watch
for some physical, emotional, attitudinal or mental dysfunction to serve as a cover or an explanation of their own workings .Casting demons out without dealing with the root cause of the dysfunction may relieve a client from torment, but the relief is only temporary or the enemy will simply strategize by transferring its activity  in another sphere of life.  So a person believes that they are healed
when in essence, the enemy has merely shifted his target.

In terms of strategy, demons are skilled at taking two opposing positions.  In other words, the enemy will purposefully control both sides of any situation, so that the unsuspecting will assume that since one approach is obviously demonic, the opposing option MUST BE GOD, when both approaches and opinions are demonic.  The goal is to control every side of every situation,in order to obscure, deceive and confuse. In this way, the enemy can advance a long-term agenda.  Most often, the enemy’s attack is to distract from root causes so as to maintain power and control.
